DF Novices, Team-A, Session 46 - Erizax's Log

      We played last night. Here is a report from the player of Erizax.

After we fought the undead near the entry, we pushed on into the mine. We found one small group of orcs and goblins who attacked us and then quickly surrendered. Eleanor made sure they were disarmed. They headed toward the mine exit.

Continuing on, we spent a lot of time going through passageways and rooms we had been in before. I heard some voices down a small side passage. After letting everyone know, we approached the area where the voices were. We knew there was probably an ambush, but our frontliners walked right into it. I’m really not surprised. An orc that was hiding jumped out and hit Doran from behind, crippling his arm. Some goblins further down the hall to the left started shooting arrows and others charged us. The door in front of us opened and a big hobgoblin came out swinging. Good ambush! When will we ever learn.
