------

The process is slow. Very slow. We left the hand to get some rest somewhere more.. pleasant. Though even with that the night was spent sleeping uncomfortably and it seems that many of our members are reaching a low point in their ability to keep up. I am afraid that we'll see someone collapse before we leave this place.

But we returned. There has to be something intelligent in this place, though the fact that they aren't directly ordering the undead around is both assuring and a worry. What could they be doing? We found some traces of someone having come back, not just because the door was now barred, and there were zombies outside, but also because a room we had searched previously was obviously upended.

The archer managed to get a hit on Erizax, it looked bad, but it seems it missed anything bad. In the end he was fine. Then we checked out the place briefly before going up the ladder again. The forward group managed to find trouble before there was enough room for me to join them and so I spent a long while down the ladder. The time I went up to take a look it was still just as crowded.

In the end everything was dead (again) and we settled in to rest. Agis was hurt enough that I had to spend some of our emergency healing. It was for that reason that I bought it but that's a lot of money that we've now spent. I hope it will be worth it in the end.

  1. I think it's very interesting to see the different points of view from Eleanor and Merrill.
