DF Novices, Session 30 - Report by Eleanor

    We played again last night. Here is a write-up from the player of Eleanor.

We returned with Cynric to the town.

It will cost a lot of money to have him buried. Money we don't have. We'll have to make do somehow. Perhaps Talni can help. Or Gerald. Or the town council. Or someone. Not that I think so.

Father Markus from the caravan is also a possible option. We'll see.

We have spoken to Baris and Talni. We had a drink with Baris and spoke a bit about Cynric and Talni showed up in time that we could ask her about a loan so that we can have Cynric properly buried and stay for the funeral as well. She lent us 4 Kings.

Titan's Hand holds some undead there. We're going to go there after this week is up. Renaud promised Father Markus that we would do something about the undead. Supposedly some of their people have gone there.

Cynric's funeral should be nice. I haven't cried this much in a long time. I didn't even know him for long and yet it made me shaken. He was a warrior. He might not have been the smartest or most tactically inclined but I'll never forget how brave he was.

I am glad we have people that can help us out. It's difficult to trust them but I think Baris is on our side.
